Additional information

Peanut butter / Bitter chocolate / Caramel

A great example of the Yellow Bourbon variety from the world-famous Brazilian farm Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza. The cup is soft, creamy and sweet with flavors of dark chocolate, peanut butter and a long caramel aftertaste.

The Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF) family farm was founded in 1850 by the Barretto family. The passion for coffee has been passed down from generation to generation, which is why Silvia Barretto and her husband Marcos Croce still run the farm. The coffee grows in the heart of the Mogian Mountains at an altitude of 900 to 1,300 meters above sea level and consists exclusively of the Yellow Bourbon variety, grown in the shade of tropical trees.
