A blend of Arabica coffee from Central and South America and Robusta coffee. A product with a velvety texture and intense flavor and a strong personality, it has a medium caffeine content. Ideal in espresso, cappuccino and special concoctions. Pairs well with light in flavor, delicate dishes. Certified High Quality and GTTC. This mark is awarded only to certain blends, realizing the highest quality standards. Blends with this mark do not contain more than 20% Robusta (verified by the Chemical Laboratory of the Chamber of Commerce of Trieste), and above all are subject to an inspection protocol (SGS - certified consumption monitoring system).
